Dear Mr. Pierce:

This is to inform you of our intentions to express our lst Amendment Rights to protest this event, at 9A.M. on each of the 3 days: June 22, 23, 24, 2001, when the 'conspirators' Katherine Harris, Judge Sauls and those Rent-A-Mob right wingers ,who came to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach to stop the voter recounts, are all getting together at Seabrook Island.

Oral Majority is the leading organization to protest "Bush Stealing the Election". Yesterday in Tallahassee, Fla., with 1200 labor folks against Jeb Bush, who rigged this election with this cast of characters ,we are demanding a federal investigation about, was our 92nd protest since Nov. 7, 2000. We have now done these protests in 14 cities in 6 states, and over 400 media.

Several weeks ago, Katherine Harris was 'booed' by 20,000 at Gulfstream Race Track (Hallandale) when she tried to make a presentation.

We are pleased that our impact not to give up or to give in to this tyranny of a stolen democracy, has been visible at the Super Bowl, Daytona 500, the Oscars, and where Resident Bush has been protested in Boca Grande, Panama City and Orlando, Florida, as well as protesting Laura Bush in San Fernando and Glendale, Calif. We've also had booths at Bike Week and Black Student Reunion events in Daytona Beach, as well as doing a Freedom Ride bus trip from Miami to D.C. for the 'Coronation' on 1/20/01, with stops at Jeb's house, the Fla. Supreme Ct., the State Capitol, then the 11th District Court of Appeals in Atlanta, then to Jerry Falwell's Hdqtrs in Lynchburg, and on to taking on this whole right-wing gang at the U.S. Capitol.

So our level of expertise, commitment and resistance is both peaceful and major, resulting in a movement across the U.S. and now Europe to support our efforts in exposing this fraud.

And we have an excellent reputation with all security forces involved.

Oral Majority will also be at the Summit of the Americas in Quebec, Canada on 4/20/01; at the European Union Summit in Gothenberg, Sweden on 6/14/01; the Kyoto Summit in Bonn-7/16/01 and the "G-8" Summit of world leaders in Genoa, Italy, July 20-22/01, as part of expanding this global protest.

We are also flying aerial banners at the Kentucky Derby on 5/5, as well as protests at Air and Sea Show in Ft. Laud.; speaking at the Voter March Rally in D.C. on 5/19, with marches to the White House, Justice Dept. and Supreme Ct. where we will announce at all these events starting at once what we intend to do in Seabrook Island which will also be a major international event.

Also this Sat. we are doing a "Mooning Over The Miami Herald" for its lousy and biased coverage of this election fraud and well as protesting Fox TV. in Tampa last Fri., for its cover-up of the election fraud. Other protests against Fox were in NYC and L.A.

We also attended the State Democratic Convention in Calif.,two weeks ago and were well received by the grassroots there and everywhere, who are totally upset with the Democratic Party leadership participating in this 'election fraud cover-up.'

And on Memorial Weekend we will also have our aerial banner: "Bush Stole The Election" at the Indy 500, and all of this in anticipation of running against Jeb Bush in the Democratic Party primary, to protest George "W", through Jeb, who rigged it for him and therefore this international campaign.

The fact that Harris, Sauls and the Rent-A-Mob gang through Rep. Tom DeLay and paid for by Verizon etc., is coming together openly to plot their next strategies is both mind-boggling and a super opportunity to expose this whole stinking mess and why this message to you.

We've had to protest these right-wingers here in Fla. for over a year, as they have been following Bill Clinton around the country and came to Manalapan and Stuart, Fla. in 1999, and then re-emerged in 2000 on the election, to stop counting votes in Miami and in S. Fla. and all across the state and have been back to protest Clinton in Boca Raton and Aventura, Fla. where we countered with "Bush Stole the Election" protests.

So with this in mind and a bit of our history and agenda, we need you to help us make this effort as reasonable as possible.

We also organized 1000 with Shalom Int'l. to protest the Nazis who wanted to demonstrate in front of the White House on 8/7/99, and then they didn't show up, but were from S.C..

Your state has also had a serious image problem with the boycott regarding the Confederate Flag issue, and then there is also the KKK and 'hate' crimes, which keep cropping up and we suspect is part of this group Harris and Sauls will address.

We need therefore a space to protest outside of the private property area where this gathering is happening, in order to coordinate with the national and international media who will be here for us.

I have also spoken with Major Gill of the Charleston County Sheriff's office and am also forwarding a copy of this letter to him.

While you will not have any problems from us, security is for all concerned, given those who will be attending this right-wing event also have a lousy history needing to be looked at.

The enclosed statement has been circulating on the Internet and why we felt it necessary to coordinate immediately together, so that when we put out this national call for folks to join with us,already in motion, that everything works out fine for all concerned.

I see a minimum group of 50+ from our side. We are thinking of doing another 'freedom ride' bus from Miami to Seabrook Island, and of course with folks on vacation, this could turn into a massive call from us to join in taking this stand.

Part of our message which is critical is that 20 out 67 Fla. counties never did their 'mandatory' recount by machine or 1,800,000 Floridians were never recounted on Nov. 7, which wasn't optional.

Also, Katherine Harris 'accepted' the manual recount from Broward County, which is the 'standard' demanded by the US Supreme CT, before they decided to 'politically' appoint Bush, and why our attempts to recapture the Democratic Party will be to run all candidates to "Impeach the Supreme CT," besides not 'stealing the people's sacred vote' in the first place.

With the world in disbelief, and our experience wherever and whenever we've gone to protest, that the grassroots is very much with us with 'thumbs up' and horns beeping, and the economy in a nose-dive as a result of the fear of this 'coup d'etat',all of it shows us how much support there is for us to continue our efforts, and this visit/protest to Seabrook Island is part of this effort to demand a federal investigation into this election fraud, these folks at this event are a key part of.

When I testified before the US Commission on Civil Rights on these matters, I never thought that this gang would emerge openly to congratulate themselves on this theft of everything Americans gave life and limb to preserve, and now destroyed by these politics that threatens us all.

Please let the locals know that we are all in this together and they too are welcome to join with us.

Whatever else we can do to make this vital event successful, please do not hesitate to let me know.
